4. Terms of Service Usage

4.1. Access to and Use of Services
The Client agrees to use the services in compliance with the law, ethical standards, and this Agreement. Unauthorized use or purposes contrary to the intended use of the services are strictly prohibited.

4.2. Information Provided by the Client
The Client guarantees that all information and materials provided to the Company are accurate, up-to-date, and complete. The Company shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

4.3. Requests Beyond Service Scope
The Client agrees that additional requests beyond the defined scope of services will be subject to separate pricing.

5. Service Fees and Payment Terms

5.1. Pricing
Service fees are determined based on the services requested by the Client and are specified in proposals or on the Company's website.

5.2. Payment Methods
The Client agrees to make payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. Payments must be completed according to the agreed timeline.

5.3. Taxes and Billing
Applicable taxes are added to the service fees. Invoices are sent to the Client electronically.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Refund Before Service Commencement
If the service has not commenced, the full payment will be refunded.

6.2. Refund After Service Commencement
No refunds are issued once the service has commenced.

6.3. Service Termination
If the Client terminates the service, no refund requests will be accepted.

6.4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If the Client is not satisfied with the delivered service, they may contact the Company to request revisions or improvements.

7. Protection of Client Data

8. Termination of the Agreement

8.1. Duration of the Agreement
This Agreement is effective from the date the service request is received and remains valid until the service is completed.

8.2. Termination Conditions

• The Client may terminate the service by providing written notice.
• The Company reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the service if the Client violates the terms of this Agreement.

9. Disclaimer of Liability
The Company is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical failures, internet infrastructure issues, or external factors. However, the Company commits to providing updates in case of interruptions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Courts and Enforcement Offices in Istanbul.

11. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement with prior notice. Amendments will take effect as of the date they are published on the Company's website.
